You should hold an active BACB RBT certification and bring strong communication, collaboration, and data-tracking skills to a supportive, team-based clinic that emphasizes evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide direct, one-on-one behavioral therapy and interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with assistance from the Teachers and instructional assistants.
Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Pay Range: $19-$27 per hour based on prior RBT experience.
