Job summary

TheCoTeam is seeking a diligent Low-Voltage Installation Technician to join our in-person field team in Arden Hills, MN. This is a hands-on role focused on installing and routing low-voltage cabling and components on customer sites.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm (40 hrs/week), with no nights or weekends. Climb ladders, pull cabling, and use power and hand tools safely while collaborating with the Lead Tech and project team across the Minneapolis suburbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field experience on construction sites.
• Ability to climb ladders and pull cabling.
• Proficient with power tools and hand tools.
• Stable work history across multiple roles.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ).
