Job summary

Lelch is seeking a skilled Residential Low-Voltage Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage systems in homes in Saint Louis Park, MN. You will work full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a pay range of $35.00–$50.00 per hour and in-person duties at 5600 Excelsior Blvd #201, St Louis Park, MN.

You will contribute by wiring, configuring networks, and programming Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron systems, while upholding Lelch’s values of Excellence, Kindness, Hustle and Innovation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential AV and low-voltage wiring/installation.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, and Ethernet networking.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Pull/terminate/test low-voltage cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron).
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires.
• Expertly build and lace equipment racks.

Lelch is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Low-Voltage Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining low-voltage systems in residential settings, including home theater systems, distributed audio and video, lighting/shading, security systems, networking, and smart home automation, etc. You will also ensure that installations are completed on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Requirements
