Job summary

Waltham Pest Services is seeking a Residential Service Manager based in Natick, MA to lead insulation installation projects for residential and commercial properties. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and customer communication as you oversee attic work and coordinate with homeowners and site supervisors.

Responsibilities include preparing spaces, installing materials, removing old insulation, operating equipment, and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

High School/GED or equivalent required.
Current valid driver’s license required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Team oriented and courteous with strong customer focus.
Excellent listening and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Install insulation materials (fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam) according to specs and safety standards.
Measure and prepare attic spaces for insulation installation.
Remove old or damaged insulation as needed.
Operate equipment such as blowers and vacuums.
Follow safety protocols and use PPE appropriately.
Communicate project details and progress with homeowners or site supervisors.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles.
Document completed work and materials used for each job.
