Job summary

Waltham Pest Services is seeking a Senior Insulation Technician to install and upgrade insulation in residential and commercial spaces in Natick, MA. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and customer communication, with a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Salary is $32.00–$35.00 per hour, with overtime and bonuses. You will work primarily on the road, Monday–Friday, and participate in ongoing training and licensing requirements to support energy efficiency and public health

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent diploma required.
• Current valid driver's license mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old and customer oriented.
• Strong communication and safety-conscious mindset.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instruction.
• Willingness to obtain pesticide licensing within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare attic spaces for insulation installation.
• Install insulation materials (fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam) per spec.
• Remove old or damaged insulation as needed.
• Operate blowers and vacuums and maintain equipment.
• Follow safety protocols including PPE and ladder safety.
• Communicate project details with homeowners or site supervisors.
• Keep work areas and vehicles clean and organized.
• Document completed work and materials used for each job.
