Job summary

Waltham Pest Services is seeking a Senior Insulation Technician to install, replace, and upgrade insulation in residential and commercial spaces in the Natick, MA area. This on-the-road role requires physical stamina, safety focus, and the ability to work independently.

You will handle fiberglass, cellulose, or spray foam installations, while maintaining safety and quality. Valid driver’s license is required; pesticide licensing will be arranged with time to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and customer-focused.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather; pesticide license within 90 days if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and upgrade insulation materials in residential and commercial attics to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and safety.
• Measure and prepare attic spaces for insulation installation; remove old or damaged insulation as needed.
• Operate equipment such as blowers and vacuums; follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Communicate with homeowners or site supervisors about project details and progress; maintain clean work areas and company vehicles.
• Document completed work and materials used for each job.
