Waltham Pest Services is seeking a Senior Insulation Technician to install, replace, and upgrade insulation in residential and commercial attics, improving energy efficiency, comfort, and safety. Qualifications

High School diploma or GED, valid driver’s license.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to work on the road and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Measure and prep attic spaces for insulation installation.
Install insulation materials (fiber glass, cellulose, spray foam) per specs and safety standards.
Remove old/damaged insulation as needed.
Operate equipment such as blowers and vacuums.
Follow safety protocols and use PPE correctly.
Communicate with homeowners or site supervisors about project details and progress.
Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles.
Document completed work and materials used for each job.
