Qualifications

• Experience working with women with mental health issues or victims of domestic violence.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and move quickly up and down stairs.
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and appropriate boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes of people entering the YWCA Emergency Shelter.
• Support staff and clients to uphold housing policies and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain appropriate boundaries with clients at all times.
