Thomas Allen is seeking a Residential Assistant Program Manager to support two sites in South St. Paul and New Brighton, MN. The role partners with leadership to deliver person-centered care under 245D regulations and the Positive Supports Rule, promoting independence and community integration.

The schedule is generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–3:30 pm, with on-call rotation and opportunities for growth. The position emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and commitment to quality care, with

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of full-time experience in a Community Residential setting.
• Ability to assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, home maintenance, and community outings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Successful completion of DHS background clearance at no cost to you.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team in providing person-centered support to individuals under 245D regulations.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans reflecting each person’s needs.
• Coordinate access to quality medical and behavioral supports in a safe environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate transportation as needed in partnership with leadership.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Assist with scheduling, including alternating on-call duties.
