TLC Management is seeking an Assistant Residential Maintenance Manager for a multifamily community in Mundelein, IL. You will support the Service and Community Managers to oversee daily operations and ensure timely maintenance and resident satisfaction.

We value hands-on leadership that maintains safe, efficient property environments. Compensation ranges from $28 to $30 per hour plus commissions and quarterly bonuses; benefits include insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in multifamily housing with plumbing and electrical expertise.

• Be willing to participate in a rotating, emergency on‑call schedule.
• Assist with 24/7 snow removal in the winter months.

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Residential Maintenance Manager for our multifamily housing community in Mundelein, Illinois. Our maintenance personnel are a vital part of the property management team. In this role, you will work closely with our Service and Community Managers to manage the community's day-to-day operations.

You will help to oversee and manage the service team to ensure outstanding resident service and maintain all mechanical systems. This position requires a hands‑on leader who is committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained community environment.

Our compensation range is $28 to $30/hr., commensurate with experience and skill level, plus commissions and quarterly bonus potential.
