Burke seeks a Residential Assistant to support adults with IDD in a residential group home in Texas. You will assist with daily living activities, provide active treatment, and help residents build independence and daily life skills.
This role includes night shifts on a rotating schedule (10:30 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.) and requires compassion, reliability, and teamwork with an interdisciplinary staff. A high school diploma and Texas driver’s license are required, with training provided by Burke.
