Job summary

Rusomeka Holdings seeks an experienced architect to develop construction documents and presentations for high-end clients in New York. You will work on active construction sites, coordinating with stakeholders and applying advanced CAD/3D design skills to deliver premium results.

The role requires a Master’s in Architecture, on-site experience across multiple project types, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office to produce professional documents and client-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing construction documents and details.
• Must have active construction-site experience on diverse project types.
• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school allowing Intern status with Ontario Association of Architects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural presentation documents (renderings, boards, booklets).
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design deliverables.
• Apply Rhino, Grasshopper, and parametric design concepts where applicable.
• Advise on LEED BD+C projects and related accreditation when relevant.

Job description

Applicants must have first-hand experience in preparing details, specifications, and construction documents. Strong working knowledge of current versions of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Must have prior experience working on active construction sites on a multitude of project types. Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office is mandatory. A Master’s degree in Architecture is required from an accredited school that will allow for Intern status with the Ontario Association of Architects. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-driven, and must have an interest in working collaboratively to produce high end results for our clients.

Preferred Considerations
