Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) is required.
• Physically able to lift/maneuver up to 50 pounds, occasionally 125 pounds.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background check, and driver’s license check.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-service focused.
• Basic computer/tablet skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Utilize a company-issued iPad to process repair records and reference technical data.
