Christie’s Appliance is hiring an experienced or entry-level Appliance Repair Technician / Service Technician in Tucson, AZ. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance technician work. We provide paid training for motivated individuals looking to start a career as a field service technician or appliance service technician.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair household appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers)
• Perform appliance repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Provide in-home field service technician support and customer service
• Complete service calls, work orders, and repair documentation
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and service vehicle
• Communicate with customers and dispatch regarding repair status

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or maintenance technician roles preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments (heat and cold)
