High Associates in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Bentley Ridge. The role covers a range of building and grounds maintenance, including turnover prep and routine repairs to keep units and common areas in great condition.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3–12 months of related experience, and basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–12 months of directly related general maintenance and grounds experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical work.
• Basic knowledge of appliance repair and HVAC.
• Flexibility to work a scheduled on-call rotation (weekend/evening shifts).

Responsibilities

• Complete minor building maintenance duties and service requests for units and common areas.
• Repair items related to carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Maintain inventory records and requisition supplies as needed.
• Inspect buildings/apartments and assist with preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Keep grounds and flowerbeds maintained and equipment areas clean and safe.
• Follow safety rules and participate in on-call rotation.
