Job summary

High Associates is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join Greenfield Estates in Lancaster, PA. You’ll perform technical building maintenance and emergency repairs to service requests from tenants and owners, and you’ll handle preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled.

The role requires experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, plus a valid driver’s license. Candidates should be able to work a Monday–Friday schedule with on‑call rotation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance and emergency repairs as per service requests.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Carry out repairs in carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing and HVAC as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in planning maintenance activities.
• Participate in on-call rotation (every ~4 weeks) with potential for after-hours work.
