Job summary

Reliantprofcleaningcontractors is seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to perform cleaning tasks in private homes, vacation rentals, and community spaces. You will work with a partner, handle laundry, and ensure all areas meet high cleanliness standards.

The role emphasizes physical tasks, reliability, and strong time management. A valid driver’s license and flexible scheduling, including weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential and vacation rental cleaning preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Excellent time management abilities to efficiently complete tasks.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning.
• Familiarity with laundry and housekeeping management.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethics, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work harmoniously with a partner.
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different cleaning situations and schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and tools, with an understanding of when and how to use them safely is preferred but can be taught.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning and dusting in private residences, vacation rentals, and community spaces.
• Wipe surfaces, clean kitchens and bathrooms, and make beds.
• Clean bedrooms and living areas; assist with laundry as needed.
• Move and lift supplies; work with a partner to complete tasks efficiently.
• Follow checklists and safety guidelines; maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in private residences, vacation rentals, and community buildings. This role requires significant physical movements. Including bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive motions to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. Additionally, this position requires a strong sense of teamwork, as you closely work with a partner to complete cleaning tasks effectively

Extras:

• Weekend bonus incentives - $2/hr extra for shifts worked on Saturday & Sunday
• Prevailing wage contract incentives- earn $22/hr though prevailing wage contracts
• Earn mileage compensation at $0.60/mile while traveling between jobs throughout each work day
