Job summary

Cristal Clear Cleaning LLC is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to clean client homes across various locations. You will travel to customer properties, use provided equipment, and deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include cleaning all surfaces, floors, and fixtures, moving furniture as needed, and maintaining supplies and equipment. A valid driver’s license and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs.
• Ability to withstand dog/cat hair, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes
• Clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
• Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

Job Notes

• Housekeepers are paid by-the-project
• Project location will vary day-to-day but we build schedules with the intention of keeping traveling distance to a minimum
• Flexible work hours
• Peak work hours from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
