Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential alarm systems and integration with cameras and door locks.
• Understanding of intrusion detection and CCTV basics.
• Familiarity with Z-Wave devices is a plus.
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying customer environments and communicate clearly.
• Experience handling up to 120 Volt electrical work.
• Comfort with ladder work, attics, crawl spaces and tight areas.
• HS diploma or GED completed.
• Minimum 2 years of alarm installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial security systems and devices.
• Coordinate with the team for installation scheduling and updates.
