The Connection in Groton, CT is seeking a Residential Aide/Peer Support for the Women’s Bridge program. This full-time position covers the 2nd shift and involves direct client care, helping residents with daily living activities, and supporting health and safety in a caring community.

The Residential Aide will collaborate with Community Justice staff to assist clients transitioning back into the community. A high school diploma, 2+ years of relevant experience, and a CT driver’s license are

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as Residential Aide or equivalent.
• Valid Connecticut driver's license required.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct client care including activities of daily living.
• Support safety, health, and wellness for residents.
• Assist program staff and maintain a safe environment.
• Build respectful relationships with people served and help with reintegration goals.
