The Connection Inc. is seeking a Residential Aide/Peer Specialist for the Women’s Bridge program in Groton, CT. The role focuses on direct client care, helping with activities of daily living and safety, health, and wellness for residents.

You will support program staff and strive to create a respectful, supportive environment for clients. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent, and a valid Connecticut Driver’s

• 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Direct client care including activities of daily living and support for safety, health, and wellness.
• Assist program staff and maintain a safe, harm-free environment for residents.
• Engage with residents to establish, develop, and maintain respectful relationships and help rehabilitate and reintegrate clients.
