The Connection in Hartford, CT is seeking a Residential Aide for Hogan House. This part-time role on the 3rd shift provides direct client care to pregnant women and mothers in a intensive residential recovery program, delivering support and educational services to clients in a structured environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of relevant experience, and a valid Connecticut driver’s license.

Competenze

• High School Diploma / GED.
• 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Mansioni

• Provide direct client care for a residential substance use treatment program for pregnant women and women with children.
• Offer educational skills to enhance clients' knowledge, awareness, and quality of life in recovery.
• Maintain safe facility operations and respond to needs of clients, staff, and funders.
• Collaborate with the care team to support women with young children.
