Job summary

Comunilife Inc. seeks Residential Aides for its congregate program in the Bronx, Safe Haven I. The RA supports safety, assists residents with daily activities, and serves as a bridge between residents and staff.

You will help with meals, light cleaning, and organizing program items while logging activities and deliveries. We offer a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, dependent care, PTO, 401(k), and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site conditions to ensure safety for residents, staff, and guests.
• Maintain daily sign-in/sign-out logs for residents and staff.
• Conduct full facility rounds and assist with monthly fire drills.
• Assist clients with ADLs and basic needs as required.
• Observe and report client activities and behaviors to supervisors.
• Coordinate with operations and clinical teams as needed.

Comunilife Inc. is looking for Residential Aides for its congregate program in the Bronx, Safe Haven I. The Residential Aides (RA) are responsible for monitoring clients and ensuring the safety within the facility. The Residential Aide will be the primary connection between the operations staff and the clients. The residential aide will spend a large amount of time with the residents. They will spend this time helping clients who need more hands-on assistance. They will also provide insight to the current atmosphere in the facility and what are the current client complaints or recommendations.
