Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate personal care and support daily living activities for residents in a smaller, close-knit setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active PA Nurse Aide Registry status is a plus but NOT required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining.
• Support daily living activities including laundry, housekeeping, and transportation to activities.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Follow resident care, safety, and infection control procedures.
