Job summary

Concordia at SpiriTrust – Luther Ridge is hiring compassionate Resident Assistants to join our team in a close-knit Personal Care community on a beautiful campus.

As part of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, you’ll work in a faith-based nonprofit with a long history of quality senior care. You’ll assist residents with daily activities, observe changes, and help maintain a warm, safe environment while collaborating with dedicated coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active PA Nurse Aide Registry status is a plus but NOT required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining
• Support daily living activities including laundry, housekeeping, and transportation to activities
• Respond promptly to resident needs
• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Follow resident care, safety, and infection control procedures
