Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ Concordia at SpiriTrust - Luther Ridge is hiring certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to join a compassionate, team-centered environment with competitive wages.

Pay up to $25.40 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus, full-time and part-time shifts (6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) and a robust benefits package. Training is provided, and Dayforce Wallet lets you access earned wages early.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Pennsylvania CNA license in good standing.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with all ADLs and providing treatment per the ADL/treatment handbook
• Documenting the care provided
• Answering resident call bells and respond promptly to needs

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time CNAs for the following shifts:

• Daylight Shift: 6:00 AM-2:00PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00PM
• Midnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00AM

Positions include an every-other-weekend rotation.
