Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries is seeking full-time Nursing Assistants at Concordia at Rebecca Residence in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. This position offers a chance to provide essential direct care to residents in a beautiful rural setting, just a short drive from Pittsburgh.

Nursing Assistants will support residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities while ensuring high-quality care documentation. The role also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement plans and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide direct care.
• Training available for Med tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with eating, drinking, and bathing.
• Document care provided to residents.
• Complete over-the-counter treatments as instructed.
• Respond to resident call bells promptly.

Job Description

Concordia at Rebecca Residence in Allison Park offers personal care or long‑term nursing care. Nestled in front of a 52‑acre backdrop of woodlands and picturesque landscape, our beautiful location has a rural feeling, but is just a half hour away from the shopping, restaurants and culture of Pittsburgh.

Looking for full time (32‑40 hours per week) nursing assistants for daylight shift (6am‑2:30pm) and overnight shift (10pm‑6:30am). Come work with the best!

As a Nursing Assistant, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Concordia at Rebecca Residence Personal Care. Med tech training available.

Nursing Assistant responsibilities include but not limited to:

• assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management,
• assisting residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning,
• documenting the care that was provided.
• duties also include completing over the counter treatments as instructed
• answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less

Qualifications of a Nursing Assistant

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
