Job summary

Zepf Center in Toledo, OH is seeking a Full-time Resident Advisor to work the second shift in our Recovery House on Collingwood Blvd. You will assist residents in recovery, provide resources to sustain progress, and work with the Recovery Housing Manager to monitor independent living.

Hours: Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:00pm. Requires a high school diploma or GED and extended sobriety; a valid driver's license if driving agency vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and extended sobriety required.
• Current resident status in the program preferred.
• Knowledge of Recovery Community resources is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license if driving agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintains living quarters in a safe, clean standard.
• Welcomes new residents and conducts orientation.
• Supports residents in developing recovery skills.
• Helps residents access community resources and services.
• Maintains inventory and participates in staff meetings.
• Maintains professional conduct with residents and staff.
