Horizon House, Inc. is seeking a full-time Residential Advisor to join the Developmental Services Division in Lemar Cir, Lower Merion, PA 19066. The role focuses on providing care, supervision to residents to promote safety, growth and independence.

You will assist in designing and implementing Individual Program Plans, document client progress, and advocate for residents’ self-care and community living while collaborating with a team.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in the social sciences or health care related field with one year of MH/MR experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Provide care and supervision of all assigned residents to ensure a safe, healthy, secure environment that promotes growth and development.
• Assist in the design and implementation of Individual Program Plans and document client progress.
• Advocate resident growth toward independence in self-care, daily living skills, socialization and community living.
