Qualifications

• Prior experience with implementing behavior management plans and/or supports.
• Ability to lift, carry, kneel, reach, stack, stoop, and bend, possibly involving direct intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and supervision to all assigned residents.
• Assist in designing and implementing Individual Program Plans.
• Advocate for resident growth toward independence.
