This full-time role focuses on supervising residents, supporting growth, and implementing care plans to promote independence within a community setting. The position requires a degree in social sciences or a related field and at least one year of MH/MR experience, along with the ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and supervision of all assigned residents to ensure a safe, healthy, secure and pleasant environment.
• Assist in the design and implementation of Individual Program Plans and document client progress.
• Advocate resident growth toward independence in self-care, daily living skills, socialization and community living.
