Job summary

Horizon House, Inc. in Warminster, PA seeks an on-call Residential Advisor to work in the Developmental Services Division. The role focuses on resident care, supervision, and progress documentation within a community-based setting.

The candidate will help implement Individual Program Plans, support independence in daily living, and collaborate with a team to promote safety and growth for adults with developmental or behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• A degree in the social sciences or health care related field and one year of relevant MH/MR experience.
• Prior experience with implementing behavior management plans and/or supports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and supervision of residents to promote a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment.
• Assist in the design and implementation of Individual Program Plans and document client progress.
• Advocate resident growth toward independence in self-care, daily living skills, socialization and community living.
