You will mentor team members, coordinate weekend coverage, and step in for the Property Manager as needed, fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Proficient with social media and creating engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto's standards and culture.
• Manage rent collection and delinquency to meet financial objectives.
• Conduct informative and personalized tours to generate new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring positive resident interactions.
• Maintain impeccable interior/exterior conditions and a professional appearance.
• Coach, mentor and inspire team members.
• Work weekends when prospective residents search for homes.
• Step in to lead in the Property Manager's absence.
