Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with apartment communities and other clients.
• Assess customer needs, recommend products/services, and ensure follow-through.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to after-sales support.
• Generate new business via prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Present products and services with clear value, pricing, and lead times.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and cost-benefit analyses; negotiate to close.
