Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Market Leader to guide our Arizona communities toward exceptional resident care through strong leadership and strategic coaching.

You will partner with Executive Directors and Wellness Leaders to develop high-performing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across markets. This role emphasizes mentoring emerging leaders and building a pipeline of future wellness leaders during travel across Arizona.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license.
• CPR Certified.
• Minimum of five years’ senior living experience.
• Valid driver license and favorable driving history.
• Travel across Arizona at least 60% of the time.
• Understanding of senior living regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance in programs, policies and practices across communities.
• Contribute to strategic market initiatives from clinical and leadership perspectives.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Educate Wellness Leaders to be survey-ready and assist during state visits.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Wellness Leaders and future leaders.
• Conduct mock surveys annually and support nursing duties as needed.
• Champion leadership development and succession planning across the market.
• Other duties as needed to meet community and market needs.
