Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Wellness staff and ensure quality resident care and wellness.
• Provide direct care to residents as needed, ensuring health and safety.
• Support Wellness Director with community policies, programs and training.
• Participate in recruitment, training and evaluations of Wellness staff.
• Ensure infection control guidelines are met and tracking procedures followed.
