Saber Health Group in Moneta, VA is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to plan, develop and direct the life enrichment program for our 90-bed Smith Mountain Lake facility. You will ensure activities meet residents' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being while complying with regulations.

This role requires CTRS/ADC/COTA certification or related background, English communication, 2 years in a social or recreation program, and you will join a team with strong leadership, benefits,

Qualifications

• Must be a CTRS, ADC, or COTA certification in the state of the community.
• Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation preferred but not required.
• Two years of experience in a social or recreation program, with at least one year in a healthcare setting as director.
• CTRS experience preferred; LTC experience preferred.
• Must communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and direct the life enrichment program for residents.
• Ensure activities meet residents' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
• Comply with federal, state, and local standards and facility policies.
