Saber Healthcare Group in North Carolina seeks a life enrichment professional to enhance resident wellness through planning, organizing, and directing the department's activities in line with state and federal guidelines.

This role requires CTRS/ADC/COTA credentials, a preferred bachelor's in therapeutic recreation, and 2+ years' experience in healthcare activities programs; English communication and detail orientation are essential.

Formación

• Must hold CTRS, or ADC, or COTA with state certification.
• Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years in a social or recreation program in the last five years.
• CTRS experience preferred; LTC experience preferred.
• Must communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct the life enrichment program for residents.
• Develop activities to support physical, emotional, social and intellectual well-being.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and infection control standards.
