Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Scranton, PA is seeking an activities professional to lead life enrichment programs in our skilled nursing community. You will design, organize, and direct activities aimed at enhancing wellness, engagement, and quality of life for residents.

The role requires CTRS/NCTRC, ADC, or COTA certification, 2 years in social or recreation programs, and prior LTC leadership experience. We offer a supportive team, flexible pay options, generous PTO and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• CTRS/NCTRC, ADC/NCCAP, or COTA with state certification.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years in a social or recreation program; healthcare director experience preferred.
• CTRS/LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance resident wellness through life enrichment program development and execution.
• Direct and monitor the department in line with regulations and policies.
• Coordinate activities addressing spiritual, social, educational and recreational needs of residents.
