Jaybird Senior Living in Iowa seeks a Life Engagement Coordinator to deliver meaningful programming for residents across care levels, supervising engagement staff and memory care personnel. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and a focus on Six Dimensions of Wellness.

The coordinator will plan activities, manage calendars and budgets, and promote engagement through individualized and group opportunities for residents and memory care participants.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience with elderly populations.
• Chauffeur license required within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, plan, and implement resident activities reflecting Six Dimensions of Wellness.
• Oversee and mentor life engagement staff and volunteers.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise outings and community events.
• Maintain records, calendars, and budgets for Engagement department.
