The Glades at Championsgate is seeking a Wellness Associate to support residents with daily living activities and monitor health needs. You will work under the Wellness Director and Wellness Manager, ensuring compassionate care and timely communication across the care team.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility; maintaining records; and participating in in-service education. Physical endurance and a caring attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion in working with seniors.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 60 pounds).
• Maintain positive relationships with Residents, families, peers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist Residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility).
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to Wellness Director.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and assist with ordering.
• Assist with shift coverage and onboarding of new Wellness Associates.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first-aid and follow-up as needed.
• Assist with meal selection, service, and feeding; assist with laundry and clothing as instructed.
• Maintain records and files; participate in in-service education.
• May require weekend/holiday shifts; may work extended hours; may be exposed to health risks.
