The Residence at Carlisle seeks a dedicated Resident Wellness Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, and hygiene. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and empathy, using Memory Care techniques to reduce stress and promote well-being.

You will work closely with residents, families and the care team to implement individualized care plans, maintain safety, and document care in the EHR system.

• Maintain a clean and safe medication area and report needs.
