Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA or CPR certification preferred, beneficial for care delivery.
• Strong communication and empathy in resident interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support for daily living activities.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and hygiene while promoting dignity.
• Ambulate residents and support movement to activities, dining, or other locations.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with Wellness Director and care team on individualized care plans.
• Keep a clean, safe medication area and support wellness environment.
• Deliver attentive service respecting mobility, cognitive, and sensory needs.
