You will support the Office Manager, coordinate visitor management, handle administrative tasks, and assist with resident services and transportation scheduling in a friendly, professional manner.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate incoming calls.
• Greeting visitors and residents warmly and direct them appropriately.
• Support Office Manager with required administrative tasks.
• Assist with resident maintenance requests.
• Manage transportation schedule.
• Ensure a constant stock of brochures, welcome packets, and related materials.
