Qualifications

• Must be able to drive residents safely and manage transportation logistics.
• Ability to assist residents with boarding and alighting vehicles.
• Must maintain safety restraints and report vehicle issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead seamless transportation logistics for residents' appointments and outings.
• Assist residents with boarding and alighting from the vehicle.
• Navigate safely, support wheelchair residents with ramps or lifts.
• Ensure safety by properly securing passengers and equipment.
• Maintain punctual transportation schedules and logs.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report malfunctions.
• Keep vehicles maintained and perform preventative upkeep.
• Provide exceptional service to residents during journeys.
