Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transports residents to medical appointments, activities, and shopping in community vehicles.
• Reads transportation schedule and ensures appointments can be met.
• Schedules resident appointments with Program Director as needed.
• Communicates if unable to meet scheduled resident appointments.
• Assists with unscheduled transportation needs in emergencies.
• Monitors resident activity to ensure safety and reports issues.
