Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver a resident-focused transport program. Responsibilities include driving, coordinating schedules, communicating with residents, and supporting operations within the community.

This full-time role requires a clean driving record, a valid license, and experience with transportation or coordination for older adults.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years of age with at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid state Driver’s License (Class E) and a clean MVR.
• Ability to operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lifts with residents.
• Experience with older adults, transportation, or coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services during scheduled hours, including designated medical days.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal transport.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital system with accurate schedules.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections and cleanliness.
• Support events with planning, logistics, resident participation, and safety adherence.
• Provide non-driving support during off-vehicle hours and assist with operations.
