Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to provide reliable, resident-focused transportation and coordination within the community. This role combines driving with scheduling, resident communication, and operational support to ensure timely and safe outings.

Responsibilities include operating vehicles, managing transportation requests in the digital system, maintaining vehicle readiness, and assisting with programming and events while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid state Driver’s License (Class E in Missouri) and a clean MVR.
• Ability to operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lift systems to assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services during scheduled hours.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal trips.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital system.
• Maintain vehicle readiness through inspections, cleaning, fueling, and basic maintenance.
• Support programming and outings with planning, logistics, resident participation, and safety compliance.
• Perform non-driving community support and other operational tasks during shift hours.

Skills

Licensed driver experience
