Gallaher Signature Living - Park View Place is seeking a transportation-led role aligned with our Experience & Lifestyle team. You will transport residents safely to activities, events, and appointments, ensuring comfort, dignity, and adherence to safety protocols in a boutique hospitality setting.

The role emphasizes calm communication, professional appearance, and strict compliance with Title 22 regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid California driver’s license; Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement may be required.
• CDL positions subject to DOT/FMCSA drug and alcohol testing.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate community vehicles and golf carts for resident transportation to outings and appointments.
• Assist residents boarding and exiting vehicles while safeguarding belongings and mobility aids.
• Maintain resident dignity and provide attentive supervision during transportation.
• Adhere to California Title 22 transportation and safety standards at all times.
• Report safety concerns to the Director of Experience & Lifestyle promptly.
