Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Transportation Associate to manage resident transportation, drive community vehicles, and assist with appointments while prioritizing safety and service.

You will ensure accurate mileage logs, coordinate with supervisors, and help residents maintain independence and well‑being on campus. This role emphasizes compassion, safety, and reliable scheduling in a long‑term care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE is preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with no encumbrances is required.
• Must meet state regulations to transport residents safely.
• Minimum age of 25 due to insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive community vehicles and transport residents and staff safely.
• Maintain vehicles per scheduled maintenance and policies.
• Log mileage accurately and report incidents immediately.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with supervisor to meet residents’ appointments.
• Assist residents with appointments, accompany them to doctor visits and return to campus.
